Getting on and finally getting a grip on my depression, PTSD, and anxiety

So, the last three weeks or so have been a very dark time for me again. I've barely functioned or wanted to get out of bed. We have had a lot of stress lately. I don't cope well, obviously. But last Wednesday I bit
the bullet, put my pride aside and went to see my doctor. He rescribed me Celexa 20 MG
Here are links to a description and generalized informat on each medication:
He said it may take 2-3 weeks for my Celexa to begin working. The Xanax makes me very tired and lethargic so when I go back to see him in three weeks I think I will try something else for my anxiety. I've never taken any medication before and had hoped I would never never need to but I know I need something to help me function normally again.

I am also going the essential route, as well. I have a few I am diffusing and a few topical pre-dilluted roll-ons. They are Plant Therapy brand, which is the brand that the renowned, internally regarded aromatherapy expert Robert Tisserand developed the first ever essential oils that are safe for children.  Formulated by Robert Tisserand for children ages 2–10, KidSafe features a variety of synergies and single oils targeted toward specific issues and ailments common in this age range. All are available as 100% pure, undiluted essential oils as well as pre-diluted roll-ons.
I am diffusing this one:
I purchased these two pre-diluted roll-ons:

This is the link to their website. They offer a wide variety of excellent quality singles, organic, synergies. roll-ons, and their Kid Safe brand at very affordable prices, and free shipping too:
I am also taking several types of supplements. Ultimately I should eat a well balanced diet but I don't. Baby steps. So vitamins are a good option for me and seem to really be helping I can definitely tell when I miss a day. I take a women's muti-vitamin plus iron, Vitamin B-12,  Vitamin D, Fish Oil/Omega-3, Magnesium,

I also plan to start taking a yoga class once or twice a week starting next week. I have done a few yoga videos at home and really enjoyed it and felt more calm and relaxed after!

I have also been exploring the concepts of The Law of Attraction, The Secret, and meditation.  Google Loise Hay, Zig Ziggler, and Dr. Wayne Dyer.
